Details are processed by MailerLite (MailerLite Limited).
Our lawful basis is consent.
Emails contain open and click tracking.

Contacting us

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and message.
Handled via Microsoft 365.
Lawful basis: legitimate interest.

BuyMeACoffee

BuyMeACoffee may share your name, email and message with us.
We use this only to thank you.
We do not see payment details.

Website technical data and analytics

Hostinger records IP addresses, browser type and pages requested in server logs for security.
Retention: 30 days.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which shares your IP address with Google.

Analytics: Plausible Analytics runs only after cookie consent.

Referral and affiliate links

Providers may set their own cookies or tracking IDs.
We receive anonymous reports only.

Current programmes: TopCashback, Quidco, InboxPounds, Cheddar, Wise (Partnerize), Revolut, Zopa, AJ Bell (Mention Me), Monzo, Rakuten, Airtime Rewards.

Processors: MailerLite, Microsoft 365, Hostinger.
Some may store data outside the UK; we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep data

Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, then suppression list for 24 months.
Emails: 2 years.
Server logs: 30 days.
Cookie consent: 6 months.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict, object, port your data, or withdraw consent.

Children

Our newsletter is not aimed at children under 13.
